Temple Emanu-El's Brotherhood is an active and vital part of our congregation. Our Brotherhood volunteers offer a wide variety of social programs throughout the year, host numerous informal evenings out, and produce or co-produce major special events. During monthly breakfast meetings, the Brotherhood offers men of all ages the opportunity to come together and discuss topics ranging from religion to social and community issues, politics and more.

But what our Brotherhood does best is to serve the temple through activities including:

  • One major fundraising special event annually
  • Annual spring training baseball outing
  • Purim Carnival benefiting our Religious School
  • Ushering for High Holy Days
  • Providing and serving pizza at the Temple's annual Mitzvah Day
  • Hosting our religious school's Tu B'shevat Seder
  • Building the Temple sukkah
  • Helping with facilities projects.

Men of all ages are invited to become a part of this fun and community-minded group. The first year of Brotherhood is free to new male members, ages 21 and older, of the temple.
