Sabrina Silverberg, MARE has been a Jewish educator for 30 years. She has served as the Director of Education at Temple Emanu-El's Religous School since 2001.
She was born in Cairo, Egypt, and was raised in Paris, France and Bat-Yam, Israel. She graduated from Ankori High School in Tel-Aviv and moved to New-York shortly after completing high school. She is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio and received her Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance from Tampa College. She received a Master of Arts Degree in Religious Education from The Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion in 2018.
Sabrina is passionate about helping children grow and bringing them, and their families, closer to Judaism. Under her tenure, the Religious School has grown exponentially and currently enjoys more than 80% retention of students post-b'nai mitzvah.
She has been married to Bruce Silverberg since 1985 and has two sons, David and Sam.
